Sublimation printing (what Hinode Ace uses) bonds the dye directly into the polyester fabric using heat. The result: colors are vibrant, sharp, and permanent — they won't crack, peel, or fade even after hundreds of washes. Screen printing sits on top of the fabric and can crack over time. For basketball jerseys that see heavy use, sublimation is the clear winner.
Hinode Ace uses 100% polyester dri-fit (moisture-wicking) fabric for basketball jerseys. This fabric draws sweat away from the body, keeping players cool and dry during games. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and durable — ideal for Philippine heat and intense play.
Our minimum order is 6 pieces per design. This covers a standard starting 5-player lineup plus one extra. For full tournament teams (12–15 players), we offer group discounts. Orders of 20+ pieces get the best rates. Mixed sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL) in one order are welcome at no extra charge.
For the most accurate fit, measure chest width, body length, and shoulder width. Our size guide: S (chest 34–36"), M (36–38"), L (38–40"), XL (40–42"), XXL (42–44"), XXXL (44–46"). When in doubt, size up — jerseys are designed to be worn loosely for optimal airflow during play.
Prices start from ₱350–₱600 per piece depending on design complexity and order quantity. The price includes full sublimation printing, custom team name, player names, and numbers. A free design mock-up is always included. Contact us for an exact quote for your team size.
